A standing 30 minute interval training based workout,
designed to tone and shape those targeted areas.
An exercise per 4 minute song - 20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF, 20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF and so on until the end of the
song.
Beginner friendly,
you can do the exercises at your own pace!
