2020 Fitness Classes :-

Tabata

A standing 30 minute interval based workout,

designed to tone and shape those targeted areas.

An exercise per 4 minute song - 20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF, 20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF and so on until the end of the song.

 

Beginner friendly,

you can do the exercises at your own pace!

 

Tuesdays 8:30pm

 

The Over 60's Centre, 298a Broadway, Chadderton,

Oldham. OL9 9QU  (at The Broadway/Foxdenton Lane junction)

 

 

Due to COVID-19, classes are reduced in numbers.

Bookings only, no drop ins until this pandemic is over.

Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT)
