A standing 30 minute interval training based workout,
designed to tone and shape those targeted areas.
One exercise per 4 minute pop song - 20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF, 20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF and so on until the end of
the song.
Beginner friendly,
you can do the exercises at your own pace!

at the centre that you can use.
You may also bring your own dumbbells if you want to make this
class harder or you can use ours.
