Fitball

A 30 minute toning and fun workout using a gym ball.

Beginner friendly,

you can do the exercises at your own pace!

 

Mondays 6:30pm

Tabata Toning

A standing 30 minute interval training based workout,

designed to tone and shape those targeted areas.

One exercise per 4 minute pop song - 20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF, 20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF and so on until the end of the song.

 

Beginner friendly,

you can do the exercises at your own pace!

 

Wednesdays 6:30pm

Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT)

A 30 minute interval based workout,

designed to tone and shape those targeted areas

 

Beginner friendly,

you can do the exercises at your own pace!

 

 

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:30pm

Please feel free to bring your own exercise mat or we do have some

at the centre that you can use.

You may also bring your own dumbbells if you want to make this

class harder or you can use ours.
