One exercise per 4 minute pop song - 20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF, 20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF and so on until the end of the song.
Please feel free to bring your own exercise mat or we do have some
at the centre that you can use.
You may also bring your own dumbbells if you want to make this
class harder or you can use ours.
